As VP of Compliance Strategy, Iain is responsible for guiding Hearsay’s 100+ global financial services customers, to address the complexities of an ever-evolving regulatory landscape and deliver a strategic advantage for their digital client experience initiatives. Prior to Hearsay, he was a Director with Accenture, where he partnered with clients on technology-related legal and regulatory issues, privacy, communication and trading surveillance, and books and records. Previously, Iain spent over a decade as a compliance officer and leader at global financial services firms including RBC Capital Markets, Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital, and Goldman Sachs & Co. Iain holds a Masters of Law (LLM) from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Leeds.

Prior roles included leadership as senior vice president, Marketing and Product for the company’s China and Asia Pacific region. Based in Hong Kong, Brady led brand, marketing, product and digital innovation for Starbucks in its fastest growing region. Guy Kawasaki is an innovation keynote speaker, social media expert, and chief evangelist of Canva. Formerly, he was an advisor to the Motorola business unit of Google and chief evangelist of Apple.

Leslie Leach

Leslie Leach leads Hearsay’s marketing strategy and execution. She has more than two decades of experience in consumer and B2B marketing, starting her marketing career as a Brand Manager at The Clorox Company. More recently, she served as Vice President of Marketing for ZapLabs, the innovation lab for Realogy RLGY (NYSE) and Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Certent, a fintech SaaS company, where she grew the business from $11 million to $40 million in revenue over four years.

Leach holds a B.A. in Economics from The University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where she was named an Edward W. Carter Fellow. In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on her two teenage boys, travelling, and the outdoors.

Susie Cranston

Susie Cranston is an Executive Vice President with First Republic Investment Management.

Ms. Cranston is responsible for the sales, client service, product management, strategic planning and administrative management of the First Republic Investment Management business. Prior to joining First Republic in 2013, Ms. Cranston spent 12 years at McKinsey & Company where she consulted on strategy, growth and transformational change for Financial Services companies.

Active in the San Francisco business community, Ms. Cranston is a board member of the Commonwealth Club and Lone Mountain Children’s Center. She has authored several published articles and a book on women and leadership, How Remarkable Women Lead.

Ms. Cranston holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science with a Distinction in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.

Pradeep is responsible for leading Hearsay’s Professional Services, Training & Education and Technical Support organizations . He has over two decades of experience working with large, global enterprise clients helping design, deploy and maximize the value of their customer experience related investments through a variety of services.

Prior to Hearsay, Pradeep has worked at some of the world’s leading agencies and consultancies including Deloitte Consulting and Razorfish where he has built and managed practices around digital transformation and customer experience management for customers such as Wells Fargo, Ally Bank, Cigna Health, Salesforce, Intel etc. while partnering with leading platforms like Adobe, Salesforce and Amazon Web Services.

He holds a Masters in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon and a Bachelors in Electrical and Computer Engineering from PSG College of Technology, India. Pradeep lives in San Francisco with his wife and two kinder-age boys…Any spare time outside of heavy-duty parenting is usually consumed by books, movies, music that help make sense of the human condition.

Cully Eisenbeis

Senior Channel Management Specialist, Edward Jones

Cully Eisenbeis is the Senior Channel Management Specialist for social media at Edward Jones, a Fortune 500 financial services firm. Cully serves on the firm's Client Attraction team, a sleeve of Marketing, which is tasked with enabling and equipping our financial advisors with the tools, technology and resources needed to support the growth of their branch. In his role, Cully is responsible for managing and providing strategic direction for the firm's corporate and branch social media program. Cully's role focuses on defining the firms social media strategy, scaling the social media program to 19,000 advisors, ensuring that the firm is using best-in-class technology, developing ROI measurement models and ensuring continuous innovation of the program. Additionally, Cully focuses on developing partnerships amongst internal stakeholders and external technology partners.

Cully began his career in 2008 interning at a Karlsruhe, Germany based sports marketing research agency. In his capacity at this firm, Cully rose from intern to Director of Client Services specializing in the valuation and marketing of sponsorships within the motorsports, tennis, and golf verticals. Following this role Cully spent 5 years at FleishmanHillard, a St. Louis based global PR firm. As a Vice President on the Social and Innovation team, Cully was responsible for the development of the social media strategy, analytics, monitoring and insights team. At FH, Cully spearheaded the launch of the social media crisis group as part of the firm's global reputation management team.

Cully is a native of St. Louis, MO., where he lives with his wife, Katie and two children. Gabrielle Levin

With 12 years in film production and 13 years in digital and social media marketing at Franklin Templeton Investments and PIMCO, Gabrielle brings strategic and tactical expertise and her perspective as a long-time Hearsay customer to bear as Hearsay customers’ new content consultant.

Alex Schuster

Alex Schuster leads Hearsay’s Digital Transformation practice. Alex is responsible for working with Hearsay’s customers to progress their digital transformation journey and enable them to unlock significant value by achieving revenue gains, operational efficiencies and risk mitigation leveraging Hearsay’s products, services and platform.

Prior to Hearsay, Alex was a Senior Manager at EY focused on corporate strategy, digital strategy and digital transformation to financial services clients. He worked extensively with many leading Financial Services clients to define and evaluate their business and customer strategies, and to devise digital and technology strategies to help them modernize and transform into platform-based enterprises.

Alex holds an MBA from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S in Business Administration from New York University, Stern School of Business. He lives in Maplewood, NJ with his wife Alison and son Ethan, and enjoys travel, cooking and spending time with family.

Joe Van Remortel

Joe Van Remortel brings 30 years of experience and customer success with a variety of innovative technology companies. By working cross-functionally at Hearsay, his team is responsible for ensuring the success of all Hearsay customers. Previously, he led business-technology integration efforts as an early employee at E*TRADE, then an upstart online broker that disrupted an industry and created a category. Joe also led B2B customer engagement and success with marketing-technology companies such as Organic/Omnicom, Wirestone and Publicis. Most recently, Joe spent 9 years at DocuSign leading the Customer Success/Account Management organization and growing the company from a small saas player to the global leader it is today. He and the team pioneered many new practices including adoption best practices, customer success tracking/reporting, and novel saas deal structures that benefited customers and DocuSign alike.

He holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management. Joe is a sourdough baker, a runner and constantly busy with his wonderful wife and four daughters.

Erika Clyma

As part of the Client Acquisition, Retention and Field Engagement team, Erika is responsible for developing, executing and scaling the firm’s local social media efforts to approximately 10,000 financial advisors nationwide. She partners cross-functionally to successfully reach Ameriprise’s target market, navigate the ever-changing social media landscape and determine how advisors can promote their services within regulatory constraints. Recently, Erika was also given the responsibility of managing the firm’s advisor texting program.

Since beginning her role in 2018, Erika has grown advisor social media adoption at Ameriprise by nearly 30%. Advisors in her program published over 1 million pieces of content in 2020 alone and maintained a competitive engagement rate throughout the year. Prior to her current role, Erika was part of Ameriprise’s marketing and communications rotational program where she spent 18 months gaining experience in brand reputation, crisis response, corporate social media management and public-facing websites. Erika graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Iowa State University. Since the start of the pandemic, she has been working remotely from her apartment downtown Minneapolis, MN. For a change of scenery, Erika enjoys walks around several of Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes, visits to new craft breweries and volunteering at the local Animal Humane Society.

Prior to Hearsay, Falls worked at Guidewire Software for 14 years where he held a number of management roles. Most recently, he spent five years as Vice President of Product Management and was recognized for building and evangelizing Guidewire’s cloud transformation strategy to reinvent non-SaaS products as cloud-native products and solutions.

Falls has also served in management roles at Epiphany and Clarify, leading the early wave of customer relationship management (CRM) software development. He holds a B.S. in political science from Washington University in St. Louis.

He graduated from Shippensburg University, with a major in History and minor in Political Science. Dennis joined a subsidiary of RBC Insurance, and has held several senior positions. In his current role with RBC Insurance he is responsible for the MGA, National Account, and Intercorporate relationships in the brokerage channel.

Dennis has participated on a number of industry associations committees including serving on the Board of the Canadian Reinsurance Conference (CRC) and the CLIEDIS (Canadian Life Insurance EDI Standards Association) board for 14 years, including two terms as co-chair.

He has also sat on numerous CLHIA (Canadian Life & Health Insurance Industry Association) sections over the years and is currently the Chair of the CLHIA FTC (Fair Treatment of Customer) Steering Committee. Caitlin Pollack

Caitlin is also responsible for providing strategic support to a broad cross functional group internally at RBC and works closely with external partners to ensure program success across the organization. Owen Donley

Owen Donley serves as Chief Counsel of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission’s Office of Investor Education and Advocacy, where he manages a team of subject matter expert attorneys in providing public-facing content for investors on a broad variety of issues arising under the federal securities laws. He is especially focused on investor engagement though the lens of financial technology and media, particularly where digital and social communication intersect with retail investing. He has managed national advertising campaigns focused on investor education, and speaks regularly on issues related to social media and investor protection, investment fraud, the interests of older investors, and the federal securities laws.

Owen has been cited in publications including The Financial Times, The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNNMoney, MarketWatch, SmartMoney Magazine, Consumers Digest, Forbes, ThinkAdviser, Investment News, and Financial Advisor, and has appeared on television and radio, including on Canada’s Business News Network and National Public Radio. Allison Couch
